Laurie Lamb is the owner and creative mind behind pot Pot Pie. She fuses her passion for healthy food and meaningful craft into each pie. Honoring her Southern roots through traditional recipes and partnerships with local food producers, Laurie upholds a spirit of friendship and hospitality in and outside of the shop. She began making her pies at home, giving them as gifts to neighbors who had recently had children or were experiencing difficult times due to illness and they caught like wildfire. Soon she was taking orders and began growing her business with a eye towards convenience and nutrition. In her own transition to becoming a single mother, Laurie found empowerment and satisfaction in making healing meals from scratch.  Pot Pie is now in its fourth year of business and continues to expand, changing the world for the better one pie at a time.

  1. Can you ship your pot pies? I just got some from whistle stop. Unreal. I want some family size and once I leave mountains and whistle stop closes I want to make sure I have some all winter. They are divine.

    • I’m so glad you enjoyed them! Shipping is a goal of mine. I’m unsure if we will be ready this fall, but you are welcome to come visit the store and we can fill up some coolers for you! Thanks again for your comment, it made my day! 🙂

  2. Our family had the pleasure of your Pot Pies at River Dance Bed and Breakfast. My husband had a Greek, sons had Chicken, and I had a butternut spinach. They were all amazing! Not only are they delicious, but the crust has the most beautiful color when baked – and each is decorated so cute. When we left River Dance, we drove straight to your shop to fill our coolers. It was closed. It was July 4th week after all. We called today to see about placing a bulk order. You were closed. We are having withdrawals in Murfreesboro, TN!
I will keep trying…talk to you soon!

  3. Most awesome pot pie! The Roasted Veggie Pie was so full of flavor and the crust was unbelievable! Best I’ve ever had!
